REFUND POLICY
Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you MUST meet any of the following scenarios:
- The order is in process but has not been shipped yet.
- The order has not been shipped after the estimated processing time (2–7 days).
- The order has been delivered in a broken/damaged/faulty condition.
- The order has not been delivered for 7 days after the last estimated delivery date.
- The item got an unexpected damage after use.
Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
