Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen directly onto the garment — best for bulk orders (12+) with solid, bold colors. Inky Transfers are screen printed transfers we produce in-house and ship to you. Apply them with a heat press — no screens, no exposure units, no minimum order. Same quality ink and color vibrancy, different application method. Inky Transfers cost slightly more per piece but have no setup fees and no minimum.

Screen printing: up to 6 spot colors (each color adds to cost). Inky Transfers: unlimited colors at a flat price per transfer size — ideal for gradients, photos, and complex artwork.

Inky Transfers are industry-leading for durability. When washed and cared for correctly (inside out, cold water, no dryer), they hold up extremely well — comparable to screen print longevity.

Preferred: AI, EPS, PDF, or high-res PNG (300+ DPI at print size). We can work with most formats — just upload what you have and we'll advise. Screen print files should use spot colors (Pantone codes preferred).

Yes. Describe your concept in the custom order form and our design team will create a mockup. Design assistance fees apply for original design work. Simple text/logo adjustments are typically free.

Always. We send a digital mockup for your approval before we print a single shirt. Production only begins after you sign off.

Standard production is 7–10 business days from approved artwork. Rush production (3–5 days) is available for an additional fee. Timeline begins after mockup approval, not order placement.

A custom Inky link we build for your team, school, Greek organization, or event. Each member visits the link and orders their own size and pays directly. We consolidate everything and print one bulk order. No spreadsheets, no collecting money from individuals.

Portal setup is free. Members pay individual product prices through the portal. The only requirement is a minimum of 12 pieces total across all orders before we close the portal and begin production.
