How can I be eligible for a refund?

All of our products come with a 30-day refund guarantee starting from the day the item has been delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, you MUST meet any of the following scenarios:

  • The order is in process, but has not been shipped yet.
  • The order has not been shipped after the estimated processing time (2–7 days).
  • The order has been delivered in a broken/damaged/faulty condition.
  • The order has not been delivered for 7 days after the last estimated delivery date.
  • The item got an unexpected damage after use.

Can I return the item if it doesn’t work for me?

Yes. All of our products come with a 30-day refund guarantee starting from the day the item has been delivered. For apparel, if the size doesn’t fit, contact us to request an exchange.

How can I request a refund?
